Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Any order placed after 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping — $20 shipping fee
    Estimated transit time: 2 to 4 business days
  • Express Shipping — $40 shipping fee
    Estimated transit time: 1 to 2 business days, including overnight delivery in eligible locations

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions, destination, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Insurance & Carrier Requirements

In some cases, the shipping carrier may request additional package insurance depending on the shipment value or destination.

Insurance costs are determined by the carrier and may vary. Because these requirements are set externally, the exact insurance amount cannot always be determined in advance.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. While we work to ensure accurate dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, customs processing, or unforeseen transit issues.
